How To Change Your Character In Lego Fortnite
Changing your character in Lego Fortnite is actually quite simple and works just like it does for Battle Royale!
Once you've launched your game, do the following:
- From the lobby, select the Lego Fortnite mode and then navigate to the "Locker" tab.
- Select "Character" and then on the skin icon.
- You'll see an overview of all the skins you own for Lego Fortnite.
- Simply select the character you want to play with in Lego Fortnite, and you're done!

However, if you're new to Fortnite and don't have any skins yet, one of the 6 default Fortnite skins will be automatically assigned to you each time you start the game. Here, you can't choose the gender or appearance of your character. If you're not satisfied with the selection, you'll have to restart the game until you get a character you want to play with.
But there's good news! Fortnite offers free skins from time to time. For example, you can unlock the Explorer Emilie skin for free by simply linking your Epic account with your Lego account.
