Rocket League season 14 will be the first RL season of 2024. Thanks to Psyonix, we already know the release date for Rocket League season 14.
Every couple of months, a new Rocket League season launches and shakes things up with new items, arenas, and battle cars. In order to jump right in as soon as the new content is released, you'll need to know the release date as well as the exact time when Psyonix usually drops their updates.

Rocket League Season 14: Release Date & Start Time
The release date has been officially confirmed. Season 14 will start on March 6.
The start time of a new Rocket League season has always been the same, so here are the release times for Season 14 on March 6, 2024:
- NA (West Coast): 8 a.m PST
- NA (East Coast): 11 p.m. EST
- UK: 4 p.m. GMT
- Japan: 1 a.m. JST (following day)
As always, the update should go live at the same time – it doesn't matter which platform you're on or which region you're in. Once your download is complete, you can jump right in and enjoy the show!
And don't worry if you've downloaded the update but still can't join a multiplayer queue – the Rocket League servers might be down. This is often the case after a bigger than normal update or when many players want to join the game simultaneously. Just sit back, relax and think about all the good times you'll have in RL.
Rocket League Season 14: Known Changes
One day before the new Rocket League season starts, Psyonix has informed us about upcoming changes – some of them might already be implemented, some might get integrated with the season start. Here's what we know so far:
Play Menu Update
- Added new animations and icons to the Casual Card in the Play Menu
- Dueling Arcade: A small “VS” icon will appear in the lower left corner of Dueling Arcade Cards
- LTMs (Limited Time Modes): A small golden wheel appears in the lower left corner of LTM cards
- The Play Menu will call out which Dueling Arcade Playlists or LTMs are active in the upper left corner
New Content
- The new Arena variant AquaDome (Salty Shallows) – live in Private Matches, Exhibition Matches, and Free Play
- The McLaren 765 LT is now fully customizable!
- If you own the McLaren 765 LT, the following Common Decals have been added to your inventory:
- Geofade
- Lightning
- Tigerclaw
- Stripes
- Techy
