The last event of the 2023 League of Legends season is going to be a winter event. The newest champion, Hwei is also going to be released alongside this event, and we're going to round out the ranked League of Legends season with the Preseaosn only taking place on the Public Beta Environment.

But, we are here to check out some cool new skins. While the event pass did receive some significant nerfs, due to one Grab Bag being removed and replaced with an event banner, there are some good things that also have to be taken into account.

For the 2023 League of Legends Winterblessed event, players will be able to pick up tokens with which they can then purchase icons, borders and special event-chromas as well. In 2022, when the Spirit Blossom event returned, fans were disappointed to see that the older Spirit Blossom skin event-chromas were not added to the shop.

This time around, The Winterblessed event chromas from 2022 will be part of the event shop, so if you missed your chance to get the Wreathguard chromas, then this is your chance. All chromas for the champions from the 2022 Winterblessed release will be added to the event shop this time around.

These chromas, like the other ones, should cost you 300 tokens, so even free to play players can pick up at least one, since they're able to farm 300 tokens with the free loot.

At least the old chromas are being added to the shop, so players can pick them up if they want, since they are event-exclusive, and you won't even be able to pick them up at a later date because of that. So, hopefully you'll be able to earn enough tokens in the short month the event is active.
