Solid Snake is finally unlockable in Fortnite and has brought some quests and cosmetics with him. In one mission, you have to use a hiding spot in different matches. We'll show you where to find all the hiding places in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1.
Solid Snake is the bonus skin of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1, and like with any other bonus skin, there are quests to complete to receive free cosmetics.
On page 2 of the Solid Snake quests, you need to use a hiding spot in 5 different matches to unlock the "Hidden?" emoticon. We show you all the hiding spots of the current season.
Explaining Hiding Spots In Fortnite
First, you should know what Fortnite hiding spots are. They are simply objects in the game that you can jump into and hide. These hiding places look like normal objects from the outside, but when you approach them, you can interact with them to jump inside.
Objects that can be secret hiding places include:
- Trash containers
- Porta-Potties
- Haystacks
- Storm drains
Some porta-potties also teleport you to another location, so don't be surprised if you suddenly slide through an underground tunnel and end up somewhere else.
Fortnite: All Hiding Spots In Chapter 5 Season 1
Conveniently, the Fortnite hiding spots are scattered throughout the entire island. There aren't many interesting places that don't have at least one or two hiding places nearby.
While you'll stumble upon hiding places everywhere, there's a particular place where you can find multiple hiding spots at once. In Reckless Railways, you'll find a whopping 17 of them!
However, since you only need to hide once in 5 different rounds anyway, it doesn't really matter which location you choose.
